MEPSA Student Conference Travel Support

Student Travel Awards Details - (Word or PDF)

MEPSA is pleased to announce travel support for students who attend MEPSA meeting including the MEPSA meeting to be held in Brisbane from November 30-December 2, 2011. We would encourage all students who are members of the Society who reside outside of the host city to apply for travel support to be able to attend this meeting. In order to be eligible for travel support you need to:

(a) be a student enrolled in a higher degree (Honours, Masters or PhD) - at the time of submission, or have completed their PhD no earlier than December 2010,

(b) be a financial member of MEPSA, and register for the meeting as a MEPSA member,

(c) have submitted an abstract for an oral presentation at the MEPSA meeting,

(d) not reside in the conference host city - in 2011 this is Brisbane (Please note that students who are enrolled at tertiary institutions in rural Queensland are eligible to apply for travel support)

(e) attach a copy of your CV, and a covering letter outlining your reasons for attending the meeting.

Please note that the closing date for these travel support applications is Friday, 16 September, 2011.
